Hey all, we have a Guess the Lollies amount comp started in Fac 141, a gold coin will give you one chance to guesstimate how many lollies there are in the container, more gold coins = more chances to win a really unhealthy amount of mixed lollies

5 days til Mo, Worsley. May it be a particularly hairy, hairy season!
Thanks for all you do in helping change the face of men's health.

Kristy McGrath: I ran 10.1 km55:10:00

Home - ran 5km to see my friend in hospital then 5km back. Unsuccessful in the mo growing area but nearly to my 100km goal for the month.

Kristy McGrath: I ran 8.5 km42:10:00

Beautiful morning for a run along the Bunbury coast

293 Week(s) Ago
Kristy McGrath: I ran 8.1 km44:05:00

What is going in with this weather? Cold, Rainy, cyclone strength winds and perhaps a touch of hail biting into my face to finish it off. Not fun but I feel righteous that I did it

Kristy McGrath: I ran 6 km00:30:27

Short and sharp this morning. Prioritising sleep over k’s!

294 Week(s) Ago
Kristy McGrath: I ran 11 km60:00:00

Upping the kms for Movember.

294 Week(s) Ago
Kristy McGrath: I walked 7 km01:05:00

Hard one today in the 40 degree heat. My move consisted of a 2km run to the gym, then doing a 45 min Body Attack class, where my watch only recoded 3km of movement, but it felt like much more, then running home again for 2km. The photo shows my final hill at the end of the run and explains why I’d dont look elated. Seemed like a mountain in 40 degrees!

294 Week(s) Ago

Day 8

295 Week(s) Ago
Kristy McGrath: I ran 7 km38:41:00

A beautiful morning to run for suicide prevention and all those mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, wives and partners who have lost men through suicide...

295 Week(s) Ago
Kristy McGrath: I ran 10 km00:55:27

The first 5km part of my run was easy - downhill with a strong wind behind me. It was comfortable. Then I turned around and had to battle a strong wind uphill. That was a hard slog. But I realised that running is a bit like life. Sometimes the wind is behind you, times are good, life is easy. Then you get those headwinds which makes life seem like a constant battle. But just like a harder run the tough times also make you stronger and more resilient. It’s worth the battle to come out the other end stronger
