Our Motivation

As a fun initiative and awareness-raising campaign, members of Portsea SLSC have created a #Movember team to inspire, motivate and help change the face of men’s health worldwide.

Our aim in to spread the message and create a space for conversation where young men can feel comfortable to freely speak about their feeling. Far too often men feel the need to keep their feeling and emotions “bottled up” and struggle in silence. We are making a promise to look after our mates’ metal health and hope to inspire many other to have the courage to do the same.
