Our Motivation

60 men every hour die to suicide around the world, for the mathematicians amongst you that's 1 a minute. It's easy to let stats wash over you but that feels very real. A brother, father, husband, son is dying every single minute from a completely preventable cause.

Lung Club embraces the power of exercise to help improve mental health and this November we are looking to raise as much money and awareness for Movember as possible. We will be training our lungs to help our minds powered along by some very suspicious upper-lip growth.
