Our Motivation

Be it mental or physical, we all know at least one man battling health problems. Mo-vember is one way we can normalise talking about and treating issues that are ignored, often through shame or the inner need to portray a "macho" image to the world.

How many blokes can openly admit to dealing with anxiety or depression? How many men talk freely about prostate issues with their friends?

Let's change this. We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.
