I am running a Men's Group monthly with people from my community to offer some support and show them that it is okay not to be okay and that it is okay to talk about feelings and emotions.
I've ran a survey and out of 84 people, only 6 has attended a Men's circle.
61.9% said they do not feel comfortable to talk to their own mates about delicate or sensitive topics for fear of being judged or bullied, which it is also one of the causes of making them believe they have to be stronger no matter what.
