Our Motivation

We work in an industry dominated by males, blokey-blokes who fix cars and trucks. Blokey-blokes with a "She'll be right" attitude who'd rather just "get on with it" than worry about things like health, well-being and emotions.
This is about starting a conversation, checking in with your mates, and checking in with yourself. If something isn't right, don't ignore it. Speak to a friend, speak to a doctor - it's not easy, and often can be bloody scary, but it could just save your life.
Open to more than just IMG Staff, friends and family of our crew are welcome to join!

Thanks to everyone for their support, and special shout out to the fellas on the team. Just goes to show this is a cause which is close to a lot of hearts.

Step 1 to growing a Mo: grow the beard out for a week or so, then shave it into the shape.

Step 1 for me getting help for my mental health was searching for counselling services in my area. For anyone thinking about seeking help, the councelling service I went with was New View Psychology.

Day 1 vs Day 30. I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone who has donated to my page, the In-Mo-Vative Mechatronics Team, and the fellas on my team who have given this worthy cause some real estate on their faces.

$1170 as an individual and $3155 as a team so far, I'm stoked!

Special shout out to my brother, Vish. We've been through thick and thin together. I feel so lucky to have someone to turn to when the times get tough, someone to have the hard conversations with, someone who will listen and support me no matter what. Love you, bro.
