Our Motivation

Around 10.8 million men globally are facing a prostate cancer diagnosis, testicular cancer is is the most common among young men and across the world one man dies by suicide every minute of every day.

As a team - every single one of us know someone who has been affected by one or more of these things so we’ve decided to come together using fitness and the help of our amazing community to raise funds for Movember.

The Challenges:

Daily Challenge: Every one from our team will do 60 squats a day representing the 60 men we lose to suicide every single hour around the world.

End of month Mo'ment: 12 hour continuous sled. Yep, as a team we will be keeping the sled moving for 12 hours straight on the last day of the month.

Mo' Money Mo' Horrendous Beard Style Challenge: Along side the 12 hour sled, we will be sitting team mate JVB down and shaving his beard. The catch? The more money we raise, the worse (better) the beard style gets.

The goal:

$2000 will land JVB with a dyed blue beard....
Anything above that... mutton chops... BLUE mutton chops. Need I say more?
