Our Motivation

There are too many men in the world that do not speak up about the issues that effect their lives. Thats why Jake and I are running 60kms trying to raise funds and awareness for Men's Mental health through Movember. Men need the encouragement to speak out and get help for themself and those around them. It is okay to not be okay and as men we dont always feel like that. Please check up on your mates, father, brothers, boyfriends, and let them know that it is okay to get help. Please donate to support men's health.
