Our Motivation

7 for the 7 is about doing 7 units of whatever activity you like to recognise the 7 men we lose to suicide every day in Australia.
Some of us are swimming, running or walking 7 kilometres every day. You could to 7 push ups, or seven squats or seven minutes of meditation.
