Hands up if your Mo is getting itchy?
This is our reminder that sometimes good things can come with challenges. Like asking for help. I used to say it's easy, it's just a phone call - that is, until I had to make that phone call.

It suddenly became VERY hard to do.

But I tell you what! ** IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT. ** It was a good thing.

I was able to learn some skills that helped me figure things out and get on track with coping.
