Our Motivation

20 YEARS OF CHANGING THE FACE OF MEN'S HEALTH
In 2003, Movember helped start a movement for men's health. A movement that has since funded over 1,320 men's health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men.
Movember has taken on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. As a result, men are living healthier, longer lives.
This movement started with 30 Mo Bros and since 2003 has grown to 5,864,482 Mo Bros and Mo Sisters. Now, it claims a headcount of over 6 million. And they are not done yet.... With the support of the Wombats (and maybe GitHub & Microsoft) you can help them make a global impact not just to men's health but also their familys and communities.
