Ladies move to make a difference with the 60kms in the month of November challenge

We all know someone who has or is going through one or more of the terrible challenges

Together as a team the Rockingham Penguins community can help change somebody's life for the better.

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.

We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
