Our Motivation

The Port Macquarie Pirates Rugby Union Club is raising funds for Movember in 2025 to support men's health issues. This initiative aims to raise awareness and funds for critical areas such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health challenges that affect men.

As a testament to their commitment, the club has achieved significant success this year, being crowned the minor and major Premiers in first-grade of the Mid North Coast competition and securing the title of minor premiers in reserve grade. This fundraising effort not only highlights the club's dedication to sporting excellence but also its responsibility in promoting health and wellness within the community. Through participation in Movember, the Pirates aim to engage supporters, foster camaraderie, and make a positive impact on men's health.
