My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

To change the face of men's health, I'm growing my all of my head hair out during Movember. Yes, this includes my facial and head hair. Don't worry, I'll still shave a proper mo on the final day of Movember.

Beyond fundraising, my kids asked what I looked like with head hair - they've only ever seen it shaved, and I believe it's important keep silliness and fun alive as part of good mental health and well being. Plus, I know my patchy, thinning locks will promote mens health conversations this month!

I'll update progress each week here, and on my Insta Stories via @goodtimescraftbeer

Let's see what my hair looks like, because I don't even know! Donations and conversations are very welcome!
