I know I look like a young Tom Selleck from a distance (shut up let me have this one) but up close my moustache is patchy and lame. Sometimes we men look fine until you get close to us, then you see that we don't have it all together as much as we pretend to.
Look after the men in your life. As a general rule, we're not that great at opening up and asking for help.
Donating will help. Having a real conversation with a guy in your life will help too. It's pretty easy - just ask if there's anything hard in their life at the moment, and if they brush the question off, perhaps ask again in a different way.
