My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My father is a prostate cancer survivor, and his journey inspired me to take action. No one should face that battle alone — every brother deserves support, awareness, and hope.

As a firefighter, I’ve seen how cancer hits close to home. Research from Monash University and national health studies show that Australian firefighters have up to a 50% higher risk of developing prostate cancer than the general population, linked to long-term exposure to smoke and toxins. These risks come from years spent battling flames in the service of others.

But it’s not just about physical health. Every hour, 60 men around the world die by suicide, many feeling they can’t speak up or seek help. That has to change.

We must keep lifting the lid on mental health and remove the stigma that stops men from seeking help. No one should ever feel their only option is giving up.

This Movember, I’m growing the ’mo’ raising funds to fight prostate cancer, improve mental health, and stop men dying too young.

Together, we can break the silence, end the stigma, and make sure every man gets the support he needs to live life to the fullest.

I moustache ask you a question do you want to support a good cause?

For the 30 days of Movember I've committed to changing the face of men's health, I'm asking you to support my efforts by making a donation at http://mobro.co/fletchba.

We need to take action as the current state of men's health is unacceptable:

• Men die on average almost 5 years earlier than women - there's no biological reason
• Each year around 20,000 Aussie men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer
• Testicular cancer is the second most common cancer, behind skin cancers, in men aged 18-39 years
• Tragically suicide is the leading cause of death for Aussie men aged 15-44 years

The Movember Foundation is working around the clock and around the world to improve the lives of men and their families affected by prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health problems. They can't do this without our support, so please support my efforts to make a difference.

There's a lot riding on my efforts this Movember and I'd really appreciate your support.

Together, we can have an everlasting impact on the face of men's health.
And remember that no donation is too small or too big!
(If 100 people donate $5 that equals $500 towards a great cause)
