My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Having lived with crippling depression, which has very nearly taken me to many times, and social anxiety to an almost agoraphobic degree, but being lucky enough to have some amazing friends and family that have literally saved my life more times than they know, this is a very close subject to me.
