My motivation

I’ve been moved into action by the strength of a brilliant colleague of mine. As the years go by I learn that’s there’s so much I don’t understand and yet how a lot can be achieved by even the smallest of gestures. In November I’ll be clocking up 80kms of movement and growing a ‘mo’ to do my small part to raise money and awareness in men’s health. Thank you in advance for your support!
