My motivation

Please donate $8.60 to my challenge - that’s $1 for every person in Australia who may take their own life today (ABS stats 2022, 8.6 people per day by Suicide in Australia).

My motivation is raising funds and awareness to suicide, the leading cause of death among Australians 15-44 years old, with men making up 75% of those who take their lives.

Suicide prevention is part of Movember’s purpose and something needing more awareness, research and prevention strategies.

This year I am supporting Movember and Suicide prevention through daily activity and boosting awareness.

My fundraising target is $258 which $1 for every person who will take their life in November (ABS stats 2022, 8.6 people per day by Suicide in Australia).
