My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm hoping to raise funds and awareness to this great cause as we've been doing for many years. I suffer from anxiety and depression and have experienced very close friends and family members commit suicide. I want to make it okay to talk about these things and break the stigma of men being 'weak' for sharing your feelings and experiences.

Thank you for reading this space and helping spread this awareness in very important topics for men's health in general, which is the main goal for the month.
