My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

On the 1st November 2019, my Dad passed away after being diagnosed with cancer only a few weeks prior. It was incredibly sudden and I only just managed to get back to the UK in time to say goodbye.
In 2021, I lost 2 friends to suicide after they had struggled with mental health issues and not opened up to those that were close.
I believe that my Dad would still be here today if he had acted earlier, spoken out, visited a GP sooner... but as with most men admitting that something is wrong, either physical or mental, doesn't come easy.
My motivation this November is to raise awareness for the great work that the Movember team do, but also to say to ALL men that it's OK to ask for help.
