My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Sometimes life can be rough enough, but in a pandemic year it can definitely be a bit tougher . The rate of suicide is way too high with men particularly feeling they need to "tough it out" and get by.

This isn't right and if you're struggling you should feel comfortable enough to open up. And if you know of someone doing it tough don't be scared to ask them how they're going and genuinely be interested in the real answer.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
