Our Motivation

The Mo-Folks was founded in 2010 by two mo-bros who wanted to make a big impact on men's health, Sadly in 2016 co-founder, friend, mo-bro Lyndon Williams passed away, I hope that we can all continue in his legacy to help others.
The Mo-Folks is carried on by his brother Emlyn, as a way to remember Lyndon, support a charity he was so passionate about and to keep his memory alive.
