Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I will be running 7km a day through November to represent the 7 Men, in Australia alone, who will take their own lives every day. Understand things are a bit tight for many but if you are able and can donate to the cause it would mean the world to me. Know that your donation will go towards funding for research and studies into mental health and suicide prevention.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 75% of all suicides. That's 60 men every 60 minutes.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
