My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

“Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. “

A couple years ago, I started growing out my moustache but always shaved it off for work or some other reason. This year I’d like it to mean something and so I thought why not sign up to Movember officially?

I’ll be doing “Move for Movember - Run or walk 60km for the 60 men lost to suicide each hour.” & of course growing the Mo!

I’ll be aiming to raise $1,411 which is the figure for life that’s expected to be lost between October and December for the causes Movember supports. I will match every dollar that’s donated (up until $500) and will get things started with $100.

I know times are tough especially this year but if you can spare any money to go to a good cause, feel free to donate. If not all good, just sharing would be enough support.
