1 man every minute, every day commits suicide. 3 out of 4 people that commit suicide are male. I have a son, aged 16 (and a daughter aged 18 too). I'm doing this for them by joining the conversation around mental health, and trying to build a better future for their generation.

I hope my mo spreads awareness, because by spreading awareness, we encourage engagement. With engagement comes open conversation. With open conversation comes change.
