So my "Movember Move Challenge" is to walk 390000 steps this month which is 13000 per day. Why 13000 steps? Thanks to the DADEE program in Newcastle I have learnt that as adult men 10000 steps should be daily movement minimum. By hitting 13k per day and then adding fun stuff like swimming, getting on the bike (plus healthy eating) we are well on our way to better health.
