My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have recently published a book called Compassion - a journey of love, loss and understanding of mental illness. It is about 4 men in my life who have all suffered from significant mental health issues over 4 decades. I want to encourage our society to have more honest conversations about the things that really matter so that we can increase our understanding of the different faces of mental illness and reduce the stigma and shame involved and build more compassion for each other.
