What a hot Sunday!
Not only does it mark Movember hump day, it was one of those unexpected ones. The day started with an action packed soccer game, and moustache triggered reflections on Robert Enke who tragically took his own life in November 2009 at what seemed the pinnacle of his goal keeper career.
Over a pork knuckle lunch I raised another whooping $150!!!
Depression can creep over any of us without warning and we may find ourselves in a dark space that we do not understand. It’s important to talk about it to anyone - even “Shpike the doorstopper” can be a friend in need who just listens patiently.

Worked out the plan for regular moves today. An alternating routine might help keeping it up. First shave today felt strange but now I have a reminder to move looking at me everytime I ‘sing happy birthday’ (wash my hands). Off to a good Movember.
