My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year means so much more.
On November 29 last year I found out my best friend had taken his own life overnight.
He had been seeing someone to help him stay on track, and on that night even went to the ER looking for help. None came.

We need to change how the world sees mental health. It is a very real illness and we need it to be treated as such before we lose any more sons, brothers, fathers and husbands.

Please help me raise much needed funds for men’s health.
