My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year I am raising funds for men and their mums, partners, children and everyone around them.

My mum suffered from depression and anxiety attacks. I didn't know anything about mental health. I was confused and lost at the time. I even blamed her for being 'weak'. Despite the love and care for her, I didn't know what to do as a son.

Having knowledge of mental health helped me understand myself and my mum. I could understand her (and myself) and found the direction of where my love needed to go. I built more confidence as her son and I have a great relationship with her as a result.

Men who understand and have good knowledge of mental wellbeing are good for their loved ones.

Help me reach out to men who need help now and also those who are yet to know they need help!
