My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Back again another year to fight the good fight for Men's health. I am a huge advocate for mental health. After I lost one of my best friends to suicide who was a Movember ambassador, I decided to pick up his legacy here.

Men still do not speak out enough and often suffer in silence and alone. The stigma of being the foundation of a household is still there for lots of men.
Lots of men still today feel they cannot talk about their mental health due to people "not caring" or "weakness".

Strong men, talk. Strong men speak about their emotions and feelings.
As men we can only be stronger by looking out for everyone. Men, women and children.

Mental health effects us all, unfortunately 3249 Australians died in 2022 to suicide, men are 3x more likely to die by suicide than women.
