Mental health and suicide prevention

As a survivor of the big 'C' I'm shaving down and growing a mo this Movember. It's been about 7 years since the chemo took away the facial hair and the last time I've been without hair on the mug.

I'm doing this for those doing it tough through their cancer journey and supporting the great work that Movember does for survivorship, awareness and research into all things for men's health, mental health and cancers.
