My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Too many men are living with poor health or dying too young. Almost 4 out of 5 suicides are by men. Only 1 in every 3 people in Australia who speak to mental health professionals are male.

At Movember we are tackling big hairy issues to make lasting improvements to men’s health - this means challenging societal beliefs, health systems and men’s behaviors.

We have a number of goals to achieve … one of these which is particularly important to me is Improving Young Men’s Mental Health. Generational change is just part of our ambition.
