My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m inspired to get out on the water and try and make a difference to help people fight the stigma of mental health, prevent suicide and have the courage to speak up and speak out.

I’ll be getting after it and trying to make a difference with some mates, led by my good mate James McGlashan in “The Challenge” (L2F4MH) on Saturday March 4th to raise awareness for the challenges of mental ill health. Together, our group will paddle across 13km of ocean from Lorne to Fairhaven, ride to Lorne then back to Fairhaven for 32km and finish by running back to Lorne for 15km.

It’s going to be bloody tough, but I couldn’t think of a better cause to raise awareness for and can’t wait to get out there and start spreading the word to speak up and speak out.
