Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is so much more than a "Mo"ment - for me its about coming together and talking about men's health. Setting an example for my stepkids and actively engaging with friends on it feels so important and so many men struggle with vulnerability. Issues don't get better when they're not talked about.

So here I am stepping up with my teammates, with my family and MOVING!
