There’s no doubt that alcohol plays a heavy role in the lives of Aussie men and women. We use it as a means of socialising, a chance to blow off some steam with mates, or perhaps as a form of escapism from some of life’s challenges.

We see the rolling over of the new year into 2024 as a perfect opportunity for Danny and I to challenge our mindsets and beliefs around drinking. We’ll be saying no to the booze and late night kebabs, and yes to early morning workouts and piccolos.
