My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. My big brother Matthew sadly took his own life last year, and if there is anything I can do to help one other person in the same spot, I will. I don’t want Matthew’s death to be just another statistic - I want him to know that I did all I could to stop someone else doing the same thing that he did, and stop the circumstances that got him there, but also to help men get help before they feel helpless. I hope I can make him proud.
