is to change the face of men's health and get as many guys involved and many women to Participant! Primarily for the purpose of starting a healthy conversation. Our team FUJIFILM Business Mo-mentum are challenging each other to exercise by MO-ving for a great cause... Challenging blokes to visit a Doctor for a check-up. Encouraging our Dad's, Husbands, Brothers, Sons and Mates to make positive decisions towards improving our health. Movember is MO-mentum

I had blood test done - all at acceptable levels including glucose which was a little outside. When you are over 50 - it is advised to test annually otherwise as advised by doctor due your family history! Be on your safe side and keep testing and be proactive. Do something good by donating blood too!!
