My motivation

Normalise discussion of men's health issues, particularly mental health issues.

As men we love a good joke about the prostate, the testicles and people with psych issues... but can we have a serious conversation about them?

How about we raise some money for research...

Think of it as a Direct Action policy for your own health.

I have a plan for my physical health this year that will walk alongside my plan for mental health. 150km will be about 50% of my daily activity.
