Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Each year I Grow The Mo in memory of my MoBro In-Law, Ange, who lost his life to depression.

WHAT CAN YOU DO
Pretty simple fellas:
1. See the Doc: Get your bad boys checked. All it takes is a blood test and a little “fiddle” - you may even enjoy it!
2. Talk: Talk to your mates, your loved one and just get it off your chest. Coz a problem shared really is a problem halved.

WHAT CAN I DO
I will “Grow the Mo” and in the interest of “Men’s Health” not drink alcohol for the month.

Thank you for your support. But most of all thank you for making the effort to look after yourself fellas.
