My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

To raise as much money and awareness for men's health, especially mental health and for the men in my family battling prostate cancer!

As someone who has been dealing with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) for over 12 years, the issue of mental health support and services for men, young and old, is especially important to me.

When I had my first anxiety issues, I had no idea what Mental health was, nor anxiety... it took me over 4 years to get myself diagnosed and supported properly. My road to recovery and management has been long and bumpy.

I hope by raising awareness in those around me I can help more people feel comfortabel asking questions and getting support if they need it or want it.
