My motivation

1 in 4 people are affected by mental health disorders at some point in their lives. This means you or someone you know may be tackling an internal battle every day. I’ve seen it first hand. It’s more important than ever to amplify mental health conversations so they’re in line with other physical health concerns like breast cancer or prostate cancer. COVID has created financial stress for many people. If you’re in a position to spare some change it would be greatly appreciated. If you’re not, check in on someone close to you - it could change their lives.
