Mental health and suicide prevention

Everyone knows the last 18 months has been challenging. I deeply feel a lot of people are suffering mentally due to COVID and the strain it has placed on themselves and their families and this period has been “ugly” for a lot of people (including me). This COVID period is also dividing people.

I raised money for Movember many moons ago. However, this time it’s very personal for me and I’m sure many other people too, including women. Mental health issues can affect any one at any time. No one is immune from them.

So I am doing a “reverse” Movember. This means I already have a “polarising beard”.  Some love it, most hate it. Either way it’s reverse as I will shave it off if I reach my $20,000 goal. Back to the “old style”.

So I want to smash this goal and to kick it off I have donated $1,000.
