I've decided to look stupid for a month, to try and raise some money for Men's mental health.
This is an important cause for me. We all get down, or have been down, myself included. The most important thing is to reach out to those around us. Ask if your friends are OK, and dont be afraid to say no. Ask for help. Before it's too late.
