My motivation

As a sufferer of depression and anxiety I have had many low times in my life but being able to grow a mo and raise my money each year always gives me a lot of hope and a smile on my face.

I support the programs that Movember continue to fund and I’m glad I can take part in helping them achieve their goals, which in turn helps me achieve my own goals, because everyone should be able to feel comfortable being open about their mental health journeys.

I appreciate that just seeing someone with a mo on their face in the month of November can start a conversation or just brings up a thought that support is out there.
