My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer

An amazing man I called Poppa David passed away from prostate cancer in 2003. A few months later my ‘old pop’ great grandfather also passed from Prostate Cancer. At the start of 2023 my dad, who is the best human on earth had a Prostate Cancer scare and my uncle, in the same year had his prostate removed so this charity means a whole lot to me and my family. Those men are my main motivations to raise money and awareness for Movember but also for every other male out there!!! I don't want any man to go through what my pop and old pop went through in loosing their battle with cancer and what my dad went through loosing his dad. I'M HERE TO MAKE A CHANGE!!!

I walked 4 km

I always walk half way to work (weather depending) It’s about 1.5km there and while at work it’s a forever walkathon. Even though my phone says 3.3kms today I definitely think I’ve walked more as I can’t have my phone on me while I work.

It’s that time of year again and I’m here to raise money for a great cause! I’m also here to move! I attend 45 minute bootcamp classes 4 mornings a week and as I’m a very active and extremely busy person, I’ve decided to run after my sessions to move that ‘extra mile’ as they say. It may not be much... but it’s more then a lot of people do!
