Go and get yourself checked out. If you are struggling, talk to a mate or someone you can trust. A problem shared is not a problem halved, it is two people with the same problem and together you can work it out!

Thanks Kieran. It's been an absolute pleasure to be able to raise awareness and funds for the Movember Foundation over the past 5 years. I was blown away by the support of people donating to this year's campaign which allowed me to reach $50K in 5 years.

Congrats to everyone who participated in the Schools Challenge, great to see so many people involved.

Huge well done to all those in Education this year. Our little special school had a particular person that inspired the drive and we wish him well in his recovery. /tiphat to Monash University. It was a close battle but you guys almost/still could get done in by a bunch of special needs kids (200 students)! Oh Yeah!
