We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. As a team we want to start and encourage conversations about men's health.

Besides Movember's great effort in fighting testicular and prostate cancer, their work on mental health is especially important to us this year. The lock down and physical distancing hit all of us hard this year. Self-care, sport and conversations are a great way to improve your mood and mental health during these challenging times.
