Our Motivation

Well here we are again, it’s MOVEMBER 2023 and this year is particularly poignant for me and all our family and extended family. Our marvellous BLUE STEEL TEAM will be ‘Movembering’ as always, in honour and loving memory of our beloved Ron, my darling husband who passed away in June 2019 from prostate cancer, but especially this year for my dearest and precious father Llewellyn. Dad passed away on the 12th October this year and in too many ways to mention has always been a most wonderful, caring and loving support to me and all his huge family. Every Movember since Blue Steel’s inaugural year in 2015 my beautiful Dad (along with our precious Mum) joined in the fun and encouraged our efforts to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. Thank you Dad.
For two cherished men who I hope are enjoying a beer together. We love you so very much. Cheers Big Ears!
